一般財団法人ハイネセン多文化支援財団（以下「弊財団」といいます。）は、弊財団の奨学金への応募者様、その他弊財団のウェブサイトにアクセスされた方（以下「応募者様等」と総称します。）の個人データ及び個人情報の保護を極めて重要なテーマと認識し、個人データ及び個人情報の保護に関する規則および規制（EU一般データ保護規則、日本政府による個人情報保護法、その他の関連法規法）を確実に遵守するための措置を講じます。本プライバシーポリシーは、弊財団によるデータ及び情報の取扱いに関するものです。

We, General Incorporated Foundation Heinessen Multicultural Support Foundation, take the protection of your personal data and information very seriously and implement measures to ensure compliance with rules and regulations on the protection of personal data and information, including but not limited to, the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Government of Japan’s Act on the Protection of Personal Information, and other applicable local laws. This privacy policy applies to the data and information processing by General Incorporated Foundation Heinessen Multicultural Support Foundation Law and Patent Office (the “Foundation”).

個人情報の取得 / Acquisition of Personal Information

弊財団は、適法かつ適切な方法にて必要な個人情報を取得します。

a) 弊財団ウェブサイトにアクセスされた場合について
応募者様等のブラウザによって送信される情報は、自動的に収集され、弊財団サーバーのログファイルに保存されます。かかる情報には、以下のものが含まれます。

・アクセスしている端末のホスト名（IPアドレス）
・サーバー問合せ日時
・検索したファイルの名称およびURL
・リファラURL
・応募者様等のブラウザおよび端末のタイプおよびバージョン
・応募者様等のアクセスプロバイダのオペレーティングシステムおよび名称

上記のデータは、以下の目的で取り扱われます。

・弊財団ウェブサイトへのスムーズな接続
・弊財団ウェブサイトの効率的な利用
・弊財団システムのセキュリティおよび安定性評価
・その他の管理上の目的

弊財団では、収集されたデータを、応募者様等に関する何らかの意見形成の目的では使用しません。このデータが、他のデータソースと紐付けされることはありません。また弊財団では、弊財団ウェブサイトにアクセスされた際にCookieを利用します。Cookieの詳細は、下記第6項記載のとおりです。

b) 弊財団ウェブサイトに記載のEメールアドレスに送信いただいた場合、弊財団のウェブサイト上にデータをアップロードいただいた場合および弊財団ウェブサイトに記載の住所に書類を郵送いただいた場合について

ご不明な点がございましたら、当ウェブサイトに記載の方法（電話、ファックス、Eメール）にてご連絡ください。Eメールをご利用の場合は、弊財団よりお返事できるよう、有効なEメールアドレスをご利用の上ご連絡ください。弊財団のウェブサイト上にアップロードいただいたデータおよび弊財団へのご連絡を目的とするデータ及び情報の取扱いは、応募者様等が任意にそのご判断で行われるものとみなされます。

奨学金への応募書類を含め、応募者様等からのご連絡又は弊財団のウェブサイトへのアップロードに関連して弊財団が受領した個人情報は、応募者様等からの要求に応じて削除されます。インターネットを介したEメールによるデータ送信やウェブサイト上でのデータのアップロードにはセキュリティ上の脆弱性があり、第三者によるアクセスからデータを完全に保護することは不可能であることにご留意ください。

The Foundation will acquire the necessary personal information by lawful and proper methods.

a) When you access our website:
The Foundation automatically collects and stores log file information on our server which is sent by your browser. Such information includes the:

・Host name of the accessing computer (IP address),
・Date and time of server inquiry,
・Name and URL of the retrieved file,
・Referrer URL,
・Type and version of your browser and device, and
・Operating system and the name of your access provider.

The above mentioned data will be processed for the following purposes:

・Ensuring a smooth connection of our website,
・Ensuring efficient use of our website,
・Evaluation of our system security and stability, and
・For other administrative purposes.

We will not use the collected data for the purpose of creating any kind of opinion about you. This data is not combined with other data sources. In addition, we use cookies when you visit our website. Further details on cookies can be found under paragraph No. 6 below.

b) When sending an e-mail to our e-mail address on our website, uploading data on our website and sending documents by post to our address on our website:

If you have any questions, we offer you the possibility to contact us via the channels mentioned on this website such as telephone, fax and e-mail. Please use a valid e-mail address so that we can reply to your e-mail. The data/information processing for the purpose of contacting us and/or uploading data on our website is deemed to be based on your voluntarily consent.

The personal data which we received from your contact and/or you uploaded on our website, including but not limited to the personal data on scholarship application documents, will be deleted after responding to your inquiry. Please note that data transmission over the Internet as e-mail and/or data uploading may have security vulnerabilities and complete protection of the data from access by third parties is not possible.

取扱いの目的 / Purposes of the Processing

弊財団では、応募者様等の個人情報を下記の目的以外で取り扱うことはありません。

・奨学生の募集、選考および採用
・奨学生への奨学金給付その他支援およびそれらの継続のため
・コンプライアンス・チェックを行うため
・弊財団事業を遂行するため
・応募者様等とのご連絡のため
・弊財団ITシステムを管理するため
・弊財団ウェブサイトおよびサービスの向上のため
・詐欺的行為を防止するため
・その他上記事項に付随する目的のため

応募者様等の個人情報の取扱いは、EU一般データ保護規則第6条第1項第1文（a）号、（b）号に定める契約（弊財団と応募者様との奨学金贈与契約等）の履行および（f）号にも必要となります。上記以外の目的に対する応募者様等の明示的な同意が得られた場合、または当該取扱いが、何らかの特別な理由で、法令に規定されているか必要とされる場合を除いて、応募者様等のデータ及び情報が上記以外の目的で取り扱われることはありません。この場合、取扱いは、EU一般データ保護規則第6条第1項（c）号、（d）号または（e）号に定めるとおりに行われます。

We process your personal information only for the following purposes:

・Solicitation, selection and granting scholarship
・Granting scholarship and providing other support to students, and continuing the grant of scholarship and 　　　such support
・Compliance checks
・Operating our business
・Communicating with you
・Managing our IT systems
・Improving our websites and services
・Fraud prevention
・Any other purpose incidental to those listed above.

Processing is also necessary for the execution of a contract, such as our agreement regarding scholarship provided by Art. 6 par. 1 S. 1 lit. b and lit. a and f of the GDPR. Your data and information will not be processed for any purposes other than the above unless you have given your express consent to such purpose, or the processing is prescribed by law or necessary based on special grounds. In this case, processing is as provided by Art. 6 par. 1 lit. c, d or e of the GDPR.

第三者への個人情報の提供 / Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties

法令（データ保護規則を含む。）に別段の定めがある場合を除いて、収集されたデータ及び情報を、応募者様等の同意を得ずに弊財団が第三者に販売そのほか引き渡すことはありません。

We will not sell or otherwise transfer collected data and information to a third party without your consent except as otherwise provided for by the laws and ordinances including data protection regulations.

弊財団ウェブサイトでは、Cookieを利用しています。Cookieとは、弊財団ウェブサイトにアクセスされた際に、ご利用のブラウザによって自動的に作成され、応募者様等の端末（ラップトップ、タブレット、スマートフォン等）に記録される小さなファイルです。Cookieは端末に被害を及ぼすものではなく、またウィルス、トロイの木馬その他被害を及ぼすソフトウェアを含むものでもありません。

Cookieは、応募者様等が、当ウェブサイトをよりユーザーに親しみやすく、より効果的かつセキュリティの高いサイトとする一助となります。当ウェブサイトで使用するCookieの多くは「セッションCookie」であり、応募者様等が当ウェブサイトを離れた後に自動的に削除されます。

さらに弊財団では、弊財団ウェブサイトの利用を統計的に把握して評価し、弊財団ウェブサイトによりご提供する情報を最適にすることを目的としてCookieを利用しています。こうしたCookieも、一定期間を経過すると自動的に削除されます。

EU一般データ保護規則第7条第3項により、応募者様等は、個人データ及び情報の取扱いに対する同意をいつでも撤回することができます。この撤回は、将来のみ有効であることにご留意ください。すなわち、かかる撤回は、その前に行われた個人データ及び情報の取扱いには影響を及ぼしません。

応募者様等には、EU一般データ保護規則第15条から第21条までに定める、アクセス権、訂正の権利、消去の権利、取扱い制限の権利、異議申立ての権利およびデータポータビリティーの権利ならびに同第77条に定めるデータ保護監督機関への不服申立ての権利を有します。弊財団に対しクレーム提起をご希望の場合、以下の住所宛ての郵送、またはoffice@heinessen-foundation.orgあてEメール送信のいずれかにより行うことができます。

You can revoke your consent to the processing of personal data/information at any time, Art. 7 par. 3 of the GDPR. Please note that this revocation takes effect only for the future. This does not affect data processing carried out prior to the revocation.

You have a right of access, right to rectification, right to erasure, right to restriction of processing, right to object and a right to data portability as provided by Articles 15-21 of the GDPR, and you have a right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, Art. 77 of the GDPR. 個人情報のデータセキュリティ / Data Security of Personal Information

弊財団ウェブサイトでは、応募者様等のブラウザによってサポートされる最高レベルの暗号に関連付けされた、よく利用されるSSL(Secure Socket Layer)方式を採用しています。通常は、256ビットの暗号化となります。応募者様等のブラウザが256ビットの暗号化に対応していない場合、弊財団は128ビットのバージョン3の技術で代用します。

弊財団は、操作手順を実行し、弊財団スタッフに指示することにより、すべての個人情報を適切に取り扱うとともに、弊財団が保管する個人情報の開示、紛失、改ざんまたは損害を防止するための適切な措置を講じます。

弊財団は、奨学生の個人データ及び情報を、奨学生の管理に必要な期間保持します。不採用となった応募者の個人データ及び情報は、2年間保持します。

We use the popular SSL (Secure Socket Layer) method within our site, in conjunction with the highest level of encryption supported by your browser. In general, this is a 256-bit encryption. If your browser does not support 256-bit encryption, we will use 128-bit v3 technology instead.

We will handle all personal information in an appropriate manner and put in place proper measures to prevent the disclosure or loss of, tampering with, or damage to, any personal information in our custody, by implementing operational procedures and instructing our staff.

We retain personal data/information we received from scholarship recipient for the period necessary for us to manage such recipient. For other personal data/information we received in connection with scholarship application, we retain for the period of two years.

本プライバシーポリシーの改訂 / Amendment to this Privacy Policy

本プライバシーポリシーは、2022年8月24日現在有効です。弊財団は、常に弊財団の各ポリシーを改善するよう努め、本プライバシーポリシーを随時改訂します。

This privacy policy is currently valid as of August 24, 2022. We will continuously strive to improve our policies and amend this privacy policy whenever necessary.
